As mental health counselors our aim is to deliver education, inspiration, and healing to our clients. We strive to help our clients heal past hurts, we encourage spiritual growth, and reduce anxiety and depression. We believe in an holistic model that views a person with spiritual, emotional, social, and biological needs.

What is Faith Based Counseling?

Christian faith based counseling offers a unique element of spiritual formation while working through the persons goals. Many individuals want to incorporate their faith into the counseling process in a way that offers spiritual growth and aligns with their values. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and psychodynamic therapies that can have faith practices/ faith perspective incorporated into the healing and growth process.

A Christian Life Coach can help you make changes in your life and meet your goals. Coaching can help you gain the clarity you needs in making decisions and can help you identify your strenghts as you move forward. Coaching is an active goal driven service. It does not focus on the past, it focuses on present and how you can reach your present and future goals.
